The Dark Harvest Ballads III,
An event marking the dying of the year and the renewal of the soul. Join Members of Portland's folk band, Mistral, and their special guests as they delve deep into traditional English and American folk songs, drawing forth powerful ballads of Death, Betrayal, Struggle, and Yearning.
A benefit concert for the Oregon Food Bank and FISH Emergency Service held at Hipbone Studio, this concert will feature voices Ian Clemons, Elizabeth Christina, and Bryan Owens of Mistral. They will be joined by Richard Lewis, Meg Larson, Paul Medlyn, Keely Abramovic, and Seneca & Maia Clemons. Playing acoustically on guitar, fiddle, accordion, banjo, and more, these musicians will weave their harmonies into a potent spell.

All ages are welcome (although some songs are sad and scary). Refreshments are provided in the cost of admission. Adult beverages will be available for purchase.
